Don Camillo

**Ingredients:**

- 5 cl Gin Kamille Cold Drip\*
- 2 cl honey syrup\*
- 2 cl lemon juice
- 1.5 cl dry vermouth (e.g.

    Belsazar White or Martini d'oro)

**Method:**

- Shake all ingredients vigorously with solid ice for 15 seconds (15 times)
- Strain into a tumbler filled with solid ice cubes and garnish with a lemon zest.
- *\*) Gin Chamomile Cold Drip:*
    *flavour 0.7l London Dry Gin with 25g chamomile in a cold dripper (2 drops/second).*
    *Alternatively, leave the gin to infuse with the chamomile for about 6–8 hours, then strain finely.*
- *\*) Honey syrup: Mix*
    *1 part honey and*
    *1 part hot water well and chill*
